I confirm that all competitors entered on this sheet have received advice and accept the following statement:

“The competitor releases and discharges the ORGANISERS and their representatives or agents and all other competitors from all claims that the COMPETITOR (or his/her representative) may have for ANY injury (HOWEVER CAUSED) sustained by the COMPETITOR and for any INJURY or DAMAGE (HOWEVER CAUSED) to His/Her belongings suffered at any time during the course of the championships or while on the premises at, which the championships are being held. I accept that by signing I have explained to all students the above statement and accept the above statement as a condition of entry to the championships.”
